All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

FitFuel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund when applicable.
